Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. “Rive di Guia” • Brut
A sparkling white wine made from Glera grapes, produced in steel tanks using the Charmat method: the slow fermentation at low temperature (16° C – 15° C) enhances the characteristics of this variety, with a persistent and fine perlage (bubbles), straw yellow colour with darker hue. It tastes dry, lively and fresh, with a splendid balance of taste and aromas. It’s the perfect wine for aperitifs, best matched with cold meat.

Strictly by hand between the second half of September and the beginning of October
White vinification with soft pressing of the grapes
This wine should be consumed within one year of production and it should be stored in a cool and dark place at a temperature below 15°
This wine should be served at a temperature between 6° and 8° C.
