A “frizzante” wine made with Glera, Perera and Bianchetta grapes and produced according to the Charmat method. It’s and extremely versatile and perfect for any occasion.
Light and dry, it is perfectly matched with snacks or served as an aperitif.
It’s perfect wine for aperitifs, best matched with cold meat.

60% glera and 40% of autochthonous grapes (perera e bianchetta)

White vinification with soft pressing of the grapes
This wine should be consumed within one year of production, it should be stored in a cool and dark place at a temperature below 15°
This wine should be served at a temperature between 6° and 8° C
